OVERNIGHT SHIFT ONLY! HOURS ARE 11PM - 7AM

Metro Security is seeking a vigilant and dedicated Unarmed Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and staff members.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the security and safety of guests, staff, and property.
• Detect and deter any suspicious activity.
• Respond promptly to any disturbances or emergencies, such as thefts, disturbances, or medical incidents.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries and requests when needed.
• Enforce property rules and regulations to maintain order and safety.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies if necessary to address any security concerns.
• Complete detailed incident reports and documentation for any security-related incidents.
• Perform routine inspections of doors, windows, and other entry points to ensure they are secure.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance security skills and knowledge.
• Act as a visible deterrent to prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent observation and problem-solving abilities.
• Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to work flexible overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
