Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Facility Management and general understanding of all mechanical systems.
• Assist in security contracts for all outside vendor work.
• Performs general cleaning of inside and outside of property.

General Maintenance including:

• Electrical – ballasts, interior and exterior lighting
• Painting
• Plumbing - minor toilet or sink repairs
• Doors – replace hasps, preventative maintenance, repairing gates, cutting locks
• Storage Units – caulking, sealants, drywall, minor framing, hanging doors
• Other duties as assigned
