In this role, the Operations Administrator is responsible for a wide range of projects focusing on documenting, coordinating, and supporting organizational priorities for the Operations Department across a range of activities. Candidates should be passionate about Metro’s mission and helping the department continually improve, execute, and achieve the highest standards. The Operations Administrator should be a detail-oriented, self-starter who acts independently, directs one’s own work, and can handle diverse tasks quickly and accurately within a high-performance environment. This role reports directly to the Sr. Manager of Operations to ensure consistency, accuracy and various reports, documentation, processes and procedures.
