Project Manager - Commercial Signs
Do you want to work where your skills are valued and you’re treated like a professional? Do you know your way around a full-service sign business? Are you ready to move from a junior position to a leadership role? MetroCenter Signworks wants to know more about you!
We have an immediate need for someone who can lead a project from project intake through final invoicing. In any given week this can include basic design and estimating, working with customers and vendors, detailed design for production, coordinating installation, and tracking project status.
This is the knowledge, experience, and skills you need to do well in this role:
· Very familiar with the terminology of the sign industry
· Strong knowledge of materials, production methods, and installation practices for all types of signs
· Great written and verbal communication skills
· Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, and have a good eye for design
· Really organized and able to keep track of multiple projects
· Good basic math skills (addition/subtraction, multiplication/division, basic geometry) and solid grasp of dimensions and area
· At least five years experience in a full-range sign business
· Bonus points for experience operating a wide format printer, laminator, and plotter
· Extra bonus points if you are familiar with Corebridge
Besides that, you need serious attention to detail and take pride in great workmanship.
This is a full time position working business hours in the MetroCenter area of Nashville. In person to start, potential for partial remote work in the future. This role has the potential to grow into a management role as the company grows.
$26-28/hour, paid holidays, paid vacation, 401K plan
