JOB SUMMARY Guest Services Specialist: The Guest Service Specialist will be responsible for receiving inbound calls, occasionally facilitating outbound calls as a part of the Lagoons Concierge Center. You will assist with guest reservations, provide general information, facilitate tickets, rental, and activities sales while exhibiting exceptional customer service skills and promote a positive attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Sell lagoon tickets, rental products, umbrella services and activities over the phone.
  • Assist with guest reservations
  • Ensure guests are fully informed with clear and accurate information
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products or services
  • Document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Assist guests with any questions or concerns, ensuring all guest questions and concerns are addressed within a timely manner
  • Other duties as assigned, including assisting in other departments.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards..
  • Demonstrate the utmost integrity in all professional and personal matters.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • HS diploma or Equivalent required.
  • 1 year of call center experience preferred.
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills,
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • The ability to analyze situations, identify problems, and propose solutions.
  • Effective time management skills to handle a high volume of inquiries and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and information processing
  • Professional manner, discretion, and appearance.
  • Must be available to work mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
  • Must be able to commute to office in Tampa, FL 33602
