Contracts Manager PositionAre you a seasoned professional in contract management, looking for a new challenge? We have an outstanding opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing a variety of contractual agreements and ensuring smooth operations within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage a range of contracts, including Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements such as teaming, non-disclosure, consultant, temporary employment, and subcontract agreements.
  • Serve as the main point of contact during negotiations, providing and obtaining necessary information and clarifications.
  • Prepare and manage subcontractor Request for Proposal (RFP) packages.
  • Analyze subcontractor proposals and perform cost or price analysis.
  • Assist in the development of proposals, ensuring compliance with solicitation instructions.
  • Handle the contract closeout process, ensuring compliance, processing modifications, and maintaining contract files.
  • Conduct monthly report reviews and submissions.
  • Provide support for contract briefs and audits.
  • Take on special projects and additional duties as needed.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • At least 7 years of experience in DOD government contract administration.
  • Proficiency in managing diverse contract types including FFP, CPFF, T&M, and IDIQ.
  • Familiarity with FAR/DFAR regulations.
  • Required experience with Deltek.
