MetroMSR is Hiring a Contracts Manager Near Fort Washington, MD
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a range of contracts, including Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements such as teaming, non-disclosure, consultant, temporary employment, and subcontract agreements.
- Serve as the main point of contact during negotiations, providing and obtaining necessary information and clarifications.
- Prepare and manage subcontractor Request for Proposal (RFP) packages.
- Analyze subcontractor proposals and perform cost or price analysis.
- Assist in the development of proposals, ensuring compliance with solicitation instructions.
- Handle the contract closeout process, ensuring compliance, processing modifications, and maintaining contract files.
- Conduct monthly report reviews and submissions.
- Provide support for contract briefs and audits.
- Take on special projects and additional duties as needed.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field from an accredited institution.
- At least 7 years of experience in DOD government contract administration.
- Proficiency in managing diverse contract types including FFP, CPFF, T&M, and IDIQ.
- Familiarity with FAR/DFAR regulations.
- Required experience with Deltek.
