Metron, Inc. is Hiring a Project Analyst (Aurora, CO) Near Aurora, CO

Our team in Aurora, CO is seeking a Project Analyst. The Project Analyst will support the program manager, task leads, and site leadership in both complex and routine administrative and programmatic duties that are critical to the functioning of the program or project and division. The selected individual will oversee administrative and technical support to National missions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Successful candidates must have prior experience with national SIGINT and GEOINT systems and their application to support DoD missions. They must be able to work across intelligence disciplines to provide administrative support to operations and experimentation. Candidates must also possess a demonstrated ability to operate shifting priorities, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and deliver under pressure.

Objectives of this role:

  • Aids in requirements definition ,deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
  • Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate site visits to the ADF-C through site Protocol, EID Lab leadership, liaise with off-site POCs.
  • Conduct initial interviews for prospective Metron employees for Denver location, provide feedback to management
  • Coordinate Metron Denver new hire onboarding with Corporate HR
  • Maintain tracking and coordination for all travel for project team members
  • Create and maintain briefs, after action reports (AARs) and contract deliverables
  • Manage Metron Denver calendar, employee schedule, and PTO
  • Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables
  • Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan
  • Directly contribute in the development and management of programmatic contract requirements in support of Program Manager, Task Leads and Senior Leadership

Required skills and qualifications:

  • At least one year of project or program management experience in a DoD setting
  • Prior experience with national SIGINT and GEOINT systems and their application to support DoD missions
  • Experience in developing web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability
  • Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
  • Proven success working with all levels of management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED; Successful candidates will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field
  • Experience in developing platforms for internal processes

Position Location: Aurora, CO
