Business Customer Support
Our Business Customer Support associates are the voice of Metronet for our business customers. This is an in-bound call center position where you will be answering questions related to billing issues and / or general questions regarding our business services.
This is a position that is customer service focused where it is necessarily to retain information and follow up with customers when needed.
A successful candidate would have that customer service mindset as well as have strong verbal communication skills, time management skills, and the ability to work efficiently and effectively multi-task in a fast-paced, high volume call center environment.
