Title: Bi-lingual Administrative Assistant
Reports To: Director of Administration, Human Resources and Co-director of Occupancy
Summary Description
The Administrative Assistant of Human Resources/Building Ops will perform administrative duties related to the operations of HR and building operations.
Key Responsibilities :
· Answers, assists and directs applicant phone calls in accordance to the waiting list.
· Receives and distributes office mail.
· Covers reception as needed.
· Develops processes for shipping for each MRG site.
· Manages the logistics of supplies for every MRG site.
· Reviews purchase orders and shipping for accuracy.
· Manages filing – both electronic and physical files for Worker’s Compensation and overtime.

Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Administrative training required.
· Two years of administrative assistant experience preferred.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Extensive knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
· Ability to operate general office equipment.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
· Ability to maintain confidential information.
Must be bi-lingual Spanish speaking

● Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
● Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
