Hours of Work: Managerial Compensation Salary range: $81,780-$116,074 (Grade F/513) Responsibilities This position is responsible for day-to-day management of the various activities handled by Paratransit’s Eligibility & Compliance Unit (E&C). This entails managing the Eligibility Determination Unit (EDU) call center (call staff and technical support issues) and daily contract management of multiple E&C contracts including the sign language contract, interpreter services contract and document translation contract. Additionally, the position requires reviewing and/or auditing E&C vendor invoices and preparing the appropriate documents for vendor payment; assisting in the development and implementation of upgrades to current software programs used to maintain and manage the Access-A-Ride registrant database and customer correspondence; monitoring the customer service database for assessment center complaints and overseeing their resolution in conjunction with the centers; and capturing and generating E&C’s monthly data. Responsibilities also include disseminating customer inquiries/requests to the E&C sub-units (Eligibility Determination Unit, Eligibility Appeals/Conduct Appeals Unit, No Show/Late Cancellation Appeals Unit, Compliance Unit) to ensure timely and appropriate resolution. Furthermore, this position manages all EDU certification activities in the absence of the Manager of Certification. Education And Experience Baccalaureate degree required: Major Field of Study: Business Administration, or another satisfactory equivalent eight (5) years of related experience and three (3) years in managerial/supervisory/administrative capacity OR Equivalent combination of education and experience from an accredited college may be considered in lieu of a degree. Desired Skills

• Experience in managing a multitude of projects in a timely and efficient manner.
• Experience in managing and monitoring multiple contracts.
• Knowledge of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
