We are seeking full-time enthusiastic client service representatives to join our dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage a large amount of incoming calls
• Identify and assess clients’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Schedule appointments for services, ensuring efficient coordination of client appointments and hospital resources
• Check-in patients for appointments, procedures, and emergencies and conclude visits with check-out including scheduling follow-up appointments and payment processing
• Performs administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence with accuracy and efficiency
• Follow hospital communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Requirements:

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a customer service representative
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for animals and dedication to providing exceptional client care
• High school diploma or equivalent

Schedule:

Full time

1st/2nd shift, plus 1 weekend day and available to work two holidays a year.
