POSITION: Food Service GM/ Food Service Director

LOCATION: Akron Region

SALARY: 80-85K range based on experience

We are seeking a talented Food Service Director/ GM with solid background in institutional Dining Operations. Experience in a College, School, Hospital or Senior Living setting is desired. Must have experience in managing retail outlets, kitchen operations, tray lines and service.

Requirements:

3 Years Food Service GM or Director (or very strong Assistant Manager)

Impeccable Communication Skills

Front and Back of house leadership

HR, Onboarding, Office Management

Retail Sales

Thorough knowledge of Menu implementation

Client and Guest Relations

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
