Überrito Franchise Contractor
Überrito is looking to partner with experienced franchise brokers or sellers to evaluate leads on potential franchisee purchasers. If you are a motivated franchise broker or have experience in franchise sales, this is a GREAT opportunity to earn secondary income or supplement your existing franchise selling practice. This role is a 1099 position and is 100% commission based. We offer an attractive commission-based payment structure that pays any contractor based upon leads that they have vetted and presented to the Company if and when that lead becomes a franchisee.
An Ideal Franchise Contractor Will:
- Work independently to identify qualified franchisee leads with little or no direction from the Company
- Receive a list of leads of potential franchisee candidates, and select which leads they wish to call upon.
- Call leads to determine if they are appropriate franchisee candidates, and work with the franchisee candidate to develop a mutual interest in purchasing a Überrito franchise based upon the individual’s business goals and their business ownership goals.
- Financially qualify prospective franchise owners.
- Guide qualified candidates through the mutual evaluation process to present the advantages, benefits and salable features of owning a Überrito franchise.
- Comply with applicable laws in developing the potential franchise sale, including disclosing to potential candidates Überrito’s FDD (Franchise Disclosure Document).
What we provide:
· Flexible, remote work – you work when and how you want
· 1099 commission-based income: up to $10,000 per each FZ agreement (paid upon signed franchise agreement and collected as a percentage of fees) and $5,000 for each Food Truck Agreement (paid upon signed franchise agreement and collected as a percentage of fees)
· In-house leads to work with
· NDA that protects both of you and the company
Education & Experience:
- Previous experience in franchise sales or currently working as a franchise sales broker
Compensation: Up to $5,000 - $10,000 for each Franchise Sold. Commissions paid on collected Franchise Fees. No cap on earnings.
