Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Grinder. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to learn and develop valuable skills in the field of grinding and material processing under the guidance of experienced professionals. As an integral member of our production team, the successful candidate will contribute to the manufacturing process and support our commitment to delivering high-quality products to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Learn and understand the principles and techniques of grinding operations.

Assist in setting up and operating grinding machines according to specifications.

Perform visual inspections of materials before and after grinding to ensure quality standards are met.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, including routine machine maintenance tasks.

Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.

Basic math skills and the ability to read and interpret technical documents.

Prior experience in manufacturing or grinding operations is preferred but not required.
