Job Summary

As a Restaurant Manager at Meyer Foods Management Company, you'll have the chance to lead full shifts, train and develop Crew Members, and ensure the highest levels of food quality and guest hospitality. Your role will be pivotal in making sure every guest leaves happy, fostering a positive team environment, and maintaining our standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Deliver friendly, courteous, and quick service to ensure repeat customers.

• Shift Management: Effectively run shifts using the daily deployment sheet to ensure quality products, excellent guest service, and restaurant cleanliness while managing labor and food costs.
• Policy Implementation: Enforce restaurant policies and procedures, holding team members accountable for their actions and behaviors.
• Communication and Cooperation: Foster open communication, teamwork, and cooperation within the team.
• Results-Driven: Utilize your leadership experience or education to drive results and ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications and Skills

• Customer Service Orientation: Friendly demeanor and quick service are essential for repeat business.
• Teamwork: Ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment.
• Leadership Skills: Experience in motivating teams, resolving conflicts, and making strategic decisions.
• Shift Management: Proven ability to manage shifts effectively.

• Experience: One to two years of leadership experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
