Job DescriptionJob Title: Assistant Landscape Project ManagerJob Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Landscape Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of landscaping projects, from safety and compliance to materials management and project execution. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities of an Assistant Landscape Project Manager
Previous Experience In Landscaping Or Project Management PreferredStrong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Google Docs, and Drive
Knowledge of CAD/ADOBE/ CREATIVE SUIT/Hand drafting skills a plus
MUST have Valid Driver's License
Key Responsibilities of an Assistant Landscape Project Manager
- Safety and Compliance Coordination: Coordinate with team members as needed to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Materials Management: Oversee procurement and management of project supplies and materials.
- Site Supervision Liaison: Collaborate with site supervisors to track project progress and ensure site readiness.
- Documentation and Communication: Maintain detailed records, capture before and after pictures, and document any change requests or disturbances. Provide timely updates at scheduled meetings.
- Collaborative Management: Work closely with management to review work orders, address queries, and ensure client satisfaction. Manage employee schedules and facilitate timely submissions of paperwork.
- Employee Schedule Management: Manage employee time-off requests and update schedules accordingly to accommodate staffing needs.
