Meyers of Syracuse is Hiring a Title Clerk Near Cicero, NY

Overview:

Meyers RV is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Title Clerk. As a Title Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting with the processing of RV and Boat registrations and titles. This is an important role that requires strong customer service skills and knowledge of NYS laws and regulations in a DMV office.

Responsibilities:
- Process and review paperwork to apply ownership for our customers
- Conduct research to ensure accuracy and completeness of title/registration information
- Collaborate with co workers and external parties to resolve any title issues
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to title transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering inquiries and addressing concerns
- Assist with the preparation of legal documents related to title transfers
- Stay up to date on NYS and out of state regulations and changes in regards to title processing.

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and address their needs
- Knowledge of title processing procedures and requirements
- Knowledge and experience with dealertrack
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and processing title documents
