As a Sales Coordinator at Meyers, you will support our sales team in their journey with clients and prospects, helping to leverage technology tools, share client work examples, conduct meetings, and more. This role is pivotal in telling our brand stories and building connections with exciting CPG brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads, managing website chat, routing inquiries, and matching leads with sales experts.
- Client Onboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding for new clients, providing necessary resources and tracking milestones to boost satisfaction and retention.
- Sample Program Management: Develop and manage a sample program, documenting product specifications, stocking new samples, and assembling custom kits for clients.
- Software Administration: Administer sales software platforms (HubSpot, Chorus, ZoomInfo), train the sales team, troubleshoot issues, and track usage statistics and KPIs.
- Sales Collateral Management: Oversee presentation decks, case studies, sales sheets, and other materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and effective.
- KPI Reporting: Gather and present sales KPIs, coordinating with the sales team to collect necessary data and documentation.
- Prospect Management: Find, export, and assign sales prospects within ZoomInfo for team members lacking access.
- Support and Coordination: Assist with RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs, routing requests to staff and ensuring timely and well-communicated responses.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in software platforms such as HubSpot, SharePoint, Chorus, ZoomInfo, Canva, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to thrive in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Associate or bachelor's degree, preferably in sales or communications.
- Relevant sales support experience.
