Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing and eager candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for promotions and great communication skills to engage with customers and staff effectively and properly.

Pay

$18.00 per hour commission

Responsibilities
- Creating weekly schedule
- Contact promoters & DJ's to book events
- Manage POS systems throughout the day/night for each event
- Supervise all events, ensuring smooth & proper operations
- Stock and maintain materials and inventory
- Handle register transactions during opening hours
- Assist in recruiting and properly training staff
- Support wireless sales as needed (VIP's, private party booking etc.)
- Setting up the patio (weather permitting) and inside areas appropriately

Requirements
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers/staff
- Experience in team management or supervising roles
- Familiarity with POS systems and register operations
- Ability to recruit, train, and supervise promotional staff
- Knowledge of budgeting principles for promotions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
