MFused is Hiring a Brand Ambassador Near Scottsdale, AZ

SUMMARY OF ROLE

The Brand Ambassador will play a crucial role in executing marketing and sale strategies at the local level to drive sell-through of MFUSED vape products within the cannabis industry in Arizona. This role involves working closely with the marketing team, sales teams, and external partners to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives. The position reports to the Regional Marketing Manager.
The Brand Ambassador will be responsible for building and strengthening our brand's relationship with our dispensary accounts and assisting the local sales team in reaching/exceeding their sales goals within their assigned territories. Our representatives will also handle the following:

ESSENTIAL ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following but other duties may be assigned):

  • Provides in-store services at client account dispensaries and local partners - event demos, trainings, and vendor days.
  • Holds a foundational understanding of the MFUSED product line and is able to effectively teach the benefits of each product.
  • Obtains video and photo content of in-store events to post on social media.
  • Sells products at demos through budtender and consumer education.
  • Manages all Visual Merchandising and product placement within all assigned dispensary accounts.
  • Executes budtender training and knowledge testing on MFUSED products.
  • Manages external vendors for coordination, document creation, and deliveries.
  • Processes and track invoices, reconcile, and supply monthly accrual reports for the marketing team.
  • Gauges store traffic and collect feedback and market intelligence.
  • Audits brand materials to ensure all marketing collateral is available to team members.
  • Executes all marketing requests from management.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • None

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISRATOINS:

  • Must have a valid in-state Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • Will be required to obtain certificates or licenses within 90 days of employment that are required to operate in existing markets. Additionally, will need to be able to obtain certificates and licenses in new markets as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years of experience in a marketing, sales, and/or promotional modeling & events role
  • 1 years of experience working in events facing the public
  • 1 years of experience in customer service or customer facing role
  • 1 years of experience in the legal cannabis industry – required
  • 1 year cannabis event experience – preferred

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 21 years old per state law

COMPETENCIES (SKILLS AND ABILITIES):

  • A thorough knowledge of cannabis (effects, products, chemistry, etc)
  • A general knowledge of computer skills. Skilled in Canva is a plus
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Social Media promotion skills preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Must have a positive attitude and enthusiasm for success
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Ability to lift over 50 pounds
  • Must be willing to travel extensively within the state
  • Exposure to cannabis products may occur
  • Must have the ability to work the day shift, or evening shift, including weekends as needed.
