MG Moving Services is seeking a motivated Administration Assistant for our Richmond, VA location. The Administration Assistant will be responsible for upholding various duties needed to keep MG Moving Services organized and efficient with the day-to-day. The Administration Assistant will report directly to the General Manager and will oversee regular daily tasks along with handling projects.

$18 - $20 Hourly

• Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
• Answer phones and route calls as needed
• Order all supplies
• Maintain cleanliness of office and assist in organization
• Maintain asset tagging of tablets
• Ad hoc projects as assigned

• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills
• Positive attitude
• Able to work independently and with a team
• Stong work ethic
