Education/ExperiencePosition Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Design, Marketing, Advertising, or related field from a four-year college or university.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within the toy industry or a similar consumer goods sector.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing across paid media, social media, e-commerce, and email marketing platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with content management systems and marketing automation platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of creative strategies for digital marketing initiatives across paid media (non-TVC), social media, e-commerce, and email.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of creative efforts with overall business objectives.
- Execute and manage the creation of engaging digital content, including graphics, videos/clips, animations, and copywriting.
- Translate brand attributes into effective digital assets, including headings, copy, CTAs, and thumbnails.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, e-commerce, social media, and children's entertainment.
- Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital channels and interfaces.
- Drive the vision of each marketing campaign across digital assets to maintain messaging, branding, and call-to-action consistency.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 12 years of experience in a creative leadership role.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing across various platforms.
- Strong creative vision and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and content management systems.
- Passion for toys, children's entertainment, and generating memorable creatives.
