• Execute high frequency shock, vibration, and other mechanical tests in support of various aerospace and defense clients
• Planning, coordinating, and management of projects and test processes to ensure the high level of test quality
• Frequent travel to other MGA facilities for technical support and customer sites for training in support of engineering equipment sales (~60-75% travel/month)
• Forecast customer and facility/equipment needs to support business growth
• Provide regular updates to management on project progress
• Business and/or engineering sales

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering
• Willingness to work in a physical testing environment, including setup and execution of tests
• Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
• Willingness to travel to customer sites for business related meetings
• Willingness to frequently travel to other MGA facilities for training and technical support
• Maintain professional integrity
• Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

• Internship or other experience in the aerospace or testing field
• Business or other sales background a plus
