The Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Settlement Negotiator will be responsible for managing and negotiating the settlement of personal injury claims before they proceed to litigation. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, extensive experience with insurance companies, and a commitment to delivering excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Claim Management: Handle a high volume of personal injury claims from intake to settlement, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
• Negotiation: Engage in effective negotiations with insurance companies to secure fair and just settlements for clients.
• Documentation: Prepare and review demand letters, settlement agreements, and other relevant documents.
• Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients, providing updates on their claims and addressing any concerns or questions.
• Client Advocacy: Advocate for clients' best interests throughout the negotiation process, ensuring their rights are protected.
• Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other team members to ensure a cohesive approach to each case.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal injury settlement negotiations, preferably in a law firm or insurance company setting.
• Skills:
