THE JOB:

The SHOW comes alive at MGM Resorts International. As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our skilled trade projects to include kitchen and refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC work. In your role, you will partner with other departments to createWOWmemories our guests will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

• Work with a diverse team of enthusiastic people in a FUN and fast-paced environment to achieve company goals
• Lead all skilled trade projects on property and act as the primary contact with management
• Maintain the appearance and safety of both the interior and exterior of our property
• Advise management of any unusual conditions and perform all assigned duties during emergency situations
• Ensure guest safety by following proper maintenance and prevention procedures
• Engage with guests and employees by smiling and hearing their story

Hourly Wage:

Starting Hourly Wage: $34.01

A GREAT CANDIDATE:

• Eight (8) years' experience in the skilled trades
• Has high energy and positive attitude
• Has strong communication skills
• Has high attention to detail
• Has strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Can handle multiple tasks at one time
