The Job

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Provide direction and support to achieve the highest cleanliness standards in the Casino, Public Areas, Offices and other required areas
• Conduct daily inspections, briefings and schedule meetings with employees
• Assist with coaching, counseling, discipline and training of employees
• Assist with administrative functions

Minimum Requirements

• 2 Years of Prior Relevant Experience in Environmental Services as a Leader or equivalent.

Preferred

• 6 Months of Prior Relevant Experience in a Guest services/guest contact position.
• Experience with general cleaning in a similar five-star/five-diamond resort environment.
