THE JOB:
CATCH will bring epic renditions of Asian-influenced sushi, seafood and steak in a high-volume, fine dining restaurant renowned sharable style food, and personable dining experience. We are seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in fine dining, a passion for creative cuisine, and a dedication to delivering exceptional dining experiences. As an Executive Sous Chef, you will play a critical role in maintaining our high standards of culinary excellence and operational efficiency.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Guest Interaction and Service Excellence: Engage with guests to ensure their satisfaction and enjoyment of their dining experience.
• Product Knowledge and Expertise: Maintain extensive knowledge of the venue's food and beverage products, menu items, and equipment used in the kitchen.
• Daily Operations and Fiscal Management: Lead and oversee daily kitchen operations, including fiscal budgets, labor productivity, scheduling, inventory control, and guest service standards.
• Policy and Procedure Execution: Implement and oversee policies, operating procedures, training programs, directives, menus, and regulations for the restaurant staff.
• Compliance and Training: Ensure completion of all company compliance training by the restaurant staff.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience
• 2 years of prior relevant experience as a Culinary Leader or Executive Sous Chef
