PRIMARY PURPOSE:
As a Table Games Supervisor, you will contribute to a fabulous experience for all guests by supervising the operation of multiple table games, guests, and personnel. By understanding our guests' unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage performance of dealers to ensure that each game is dealt with a high degree of proficiency and superior customer service
• Monitor guest flow and notify management when adjustments to open table games are needed
• Observe, evaluate, and rate players objectively and accurately in accordance with departmental policies
• Maintain proper bankroll levels to accommodate existing or anticipated play
• Reconcile table accounting accurately and with integrity
• Maintain cards, dice and all gaming equipment
• Verify the accuracy of all documents and ensure that all procedures are adhered to
• Notify the Pit Manager, Shift Manager, and Surveillance immediately of any unusual activity of high limit play or if damage/tampering of equipment is suspected
• Perform other job-related duties as requested

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• At least 21 years of age
• Has a current NV Gaming License and TAM card or the ability to obtain one
• Previous dealer experience
• Gaming Knowledge
• Previous managerial or supervisory experience preferred
• Able to work with a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in the management of high-volume cash transactions
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
