THE JOB:
The Food Dispatcher is responsible for receiving and delivering all food products or food process equipment to the designated kitchen and/or event staging area in a safe and timely manner. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Receive and distribute order to Food Servers evenly and efficiently; fire order through Micros computers to kitchen lines for timely pick up
• Answer phone with professional manner
• Log all food service runs; add up total hours of service personnel for payroll and budgeting purpose at the end of each shift
• Help guests if they need expedited service due to an emergency
• Answer questions the guest may have in a courteous manner and advise of time of delivery when applicable
• Maintain excellent working relationships with Food Servers, Runners, Bus Person, and other fellow employees
• Maintain all safety and sanitation standards
• Perform other job-related duties as requested

The IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• At least 21 years of age
• Currently has a Food Handler's card, and Valid NV Driver's License or the ability to obtain one
• Previous kitchen or warehouse experience, preferably in a high-volume setting
• Basic understanding of how a kitchen runs
• Teamwork oriented
• Ability to walk/stand for long periods of time and lift at least 50 lbs
• Ability to work in cool temperatures

• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to work a variety of shifts which may include weekends and holidays

STARTING PAY RATE:
$21.17 per hour
