THE DAY TO DAY

• Delivering food and beverages promptly and efficiently to guest rooms in accordance with established Forbes service standards.
• Taking orders accurately and processing payments using our point-of-sale system.
• Providing recommendations on menu items and upselling additional offerings to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of trays, carts, and service areas.
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are prepared accurately and delivered promptly.
• Responding promptly to guest inquiries or requests for assistance and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
• Adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic working environment.
• Assisting with the setup and breakdown of in-room dining service areas as needed.
• Maintaining knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergens to accommodate guest dietary restrictions or preferences.
• Upholding the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality at all times, consistent with Forbes Service Standards.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
• Must be 21 years or age or older
