THE JOB:
As a Maintenance Engineer specializing in Kitchen Equipment, you will be integral to the operational success of our culinary facilities. Your primary responsibility will be performing maintenance and repairs on large and small kitchen equipment, ensuring everything functions at its best to support our world-class dining experiences. From plumbing repairs to maintaining pollution control units and coordinating with cleaning services, you will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards.
THE STARTING PAY: $22.62 an hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on large & small kitchen equipment, pumps, and pressurized water systems
• Handle plumbing repairs, including gas line hook-ups, filter maintenance, and equipment parts replacement
• Maintain kitchen shop inventory and par levels for equipment parts
• Coordinate and track monthly cleaning services for hoods and PCUs
• Ensure new equipment installations adhere to specifications and architectural plans
• Conduct routine maintenance across kitchen equipment as part of a zone maintenance program
• Utilize HotSOS or equivalent work order systems to track and document all repairs
• Provide regular updates to management regarding equipment conditions
• Regularly replace gaskets and seals to maintain equipment integrity
• Maintain refrigeration rack units and perform maintenance on refrigeration units, dishwashers, and ice machines
• Manage operation and maintenance of beverage conduit, F&B lighting, CO2 monitors, and walk-in coolers
