All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and MGM Resorts International policies, practices and procedures
The Job
  • Implements direct marketing and property specific campaigns through direct mail, email and other channels.
  • Advise marketers on campaign management functionality and marketing best practices.
  • Ensures marketing business requirements and needs are supported with appropriate tools, data, application functionality, or other resources as required.
  • Gathers business requirements for enhanced system functionality and effectively communicates the requirements to business partners.
  • Supports property marketing initiatives.
  • Manages and monitors the customer lifecycle including defining segmentation and communication strategies to increase customer engagement and interaction.
  • Develops and maintains a strong and productive relationship with corporate, property, information technology and vendor contacts.
  • Lead development and execution of all cross-property marketing campaigns (including transient targeted occupancy campaigns).
  • Responds effectively to internal and external guest inquiries and resolves complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refers the matter to senior leadership.
  • Notifies supervisor, senior management and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft.
  • Manages day-to-day operation of the Responsible Gaming Program.
  • Manage and provide day to day oversight of future team members, interns or MAP program associates assigned to the department. Actively manage their scope of work and development.
  • Partner with Director to develop campaign and marketing plans.
  • Manage projects while ensuring they are produced on time and on budget; drive effective, efficient and correct flow of communication to ensure the task is achieved.
  • Complete Campaign Request Forms while driving a culture of teamwork, integrity, excellence and inclusion
  • Stay current on key marketing trends, best practices and destination or economic research (LVCVA data, ANA information and relevant industry trends).
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or relevant field required.
  • 1 Years of Prior Relevant Experience in Campaign Database Marketing, Advertising, Brand Strategy, Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Project Management or related field.
Preferred
  • 6 Months of Prior Relevant Supervisory experience.
  • Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
