THE JOB:
As a Bar Porter, you will contribute to a fabulous experience for all guests. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Deliver to and stock assigned beverage outlets
• Maintain assigned levels of inventory, including glassware, condiments, packaged beverages, paper products, and other necessary items
• Maintain pars of liquor, beer, and supplies in cooler and dry storage area and order as needed
• Responsible for set-up and breakdown of portable bars in designated areas
• Ensure use of correct freight elevators and delivery routes to designated hotel areas and beverage outlets
• Organize and maintain beverage pump room areas, storage rooms, and warehouses; identify non-stock items and alert management as necessary
• Maintain cleanliness of beverage areas including all related assigned bar equipment, tools, supplies, trash removal, deep cleaning, sanitation and work area, to include cleaning refrigerators, counter tops, and mopping floors
• Complete required paperwork including bar transfers and dry stock deliveries
• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority
• Notify supervisor and Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
• Perform other job-related duties as requested

The IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• At least 21 years of age
• Currently has a TAM card and Food Handler's Card or the ability to obtain one
• Previous experience, preferably in a high-volume setting
• Ability to lift at least 25lbs
• Ability to be outside for long periods of time
• Ability to work various shifts possibly including weekends and holidays

$22.71 per hour
