The JobAs the Senior Manager of Cage Operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and integrity of all cage activities, safeguarding assets, and providing outstanding customer service.

The JobAs the Senior Manager of Cage Operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and integrity of all cage activities, safeguarding assets, and providing outstanding customer service.
The Day To Day
- Operate efficient and cost-effective operation; including labor management, supervision of all aspects of services and control environment; evaluating staffing levels in accordance with business demand while monitoring and reporting changing business needs
- Coordinate hiring, scheduling, staffing, and ensures resolution for payroll issues
- Ensure the delivery and measurement of guest service consistent with the Company’s S.H.O.W service standards and brand attributes.
- Guides and influence people, processes, and resources to support the best interests of the business. Builds and maintains trusting relations and communication with the Corporate Treasury, Finance Shared Services Audit, and Corporate Compliance teams
- Decision making skills
- Background in a Casino Cage environment
- Previous experience with cash handling
- Previous experience managing a team in a similar environment
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 2 Years of prior relevant experience of casino experience
