Job Description
The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of all accounts receivable transactions. This includes entering invoices into the system, tracking payments, and resolving any customer disputes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Enter invoices into the system
- Track payments
- Resolve customer disputes
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports
- Communicate with customers and vendors
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in accounts receivable
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
