MGS has an exciting opportunity for a 1st shift Shipping/Receiving Coordinator. The Shipping/Receiving Coordinator performs production receiving area processes. This position will be working in our Germantown, WI facility. Hours are 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m Monday through Friday.
The Shipping/Receiving Coordinator assists in the daily processes of the distribution center.
Below are the essential duties and responsibilities:
- Certify and inspect all in bound shipments via Purchase Order Number, inbound bill of landings, and affixed packing lists.
- Notify correct department or individual of inbound receipt via email, fax, or phone.
- Stage all inbound shipments within the receipt area until final inspection is completed by the Quality department.
- Complete the necessary electronic transfer within the ERP System.
- Locate all inbound shipments within the warehouse, designated, or development areas.
- Take photos, document damage, and report all damaged shipments to the Receiving Supervisor and/or Distribution Center Manager for all inbound claims.
- Ensure all mixes needed for production are completed on time.
- Assist all other departments within the Warehouse Group as required.
- Any other duties as assigned.

Experience and Skills
A qualified Shipping/Receiving Coordinator would fulfill these requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Some experience within a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Prior knowledge of ERP systems.
- Able to work independently.
- Forklift experience is preferred.
