Product Support Representative

The Mi-T-M Product Support Representative plays a crucial role in providing technical support to dealers and end-users, diagnosing and resolving technical issues with company products. This individual offers technical assistance to Sales Support Reps and other internal departments, aiding in troubleshooting equipment for customers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of customer service, possess mechanical ability related to small engine repair, and showcase outstanding organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and multitasking capabilities are essential. Additionally, candidates should have good computer knowledge, a quick learning ability, a positive attitude, and the flexibility to perform various tasks to ensure job completion. Cooperative teamwork and a great working attitude in a team environment are also required. Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to diagnose and resolve technical issues with company products
• Strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task and perform follow-up calls when needed
• Possess a mechanical ability relating to small engine repair
• Requires complete product knowledge, proven sales skills, competent technical troubleshooting background, and strong communication skills
• Must demonstrate competency in Word, Excel and data entry
• Communicates and collaborates with internal teams and external customers to support sales and building the Mi-T-M brand.
• Additional duties as assigned by manager

Requirements:

• Ability to interpret blueprints and diagrams
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and as a team in a flexible environment, requiring attention to detail and confidentiality
• Strong communication, organizational, proofing and writing skills
• Candidate must be reliable, regular attendance is required.
• Excellent work ethic with the ability to work unsupervised or with minimal supervision
• Ability to handle stress while operating with a sense of urgency and using good judgement
• Ambitious, quick learner, with a positive and friendly attitude
• In-house training program will offer knowledge of company products and services.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Hourly Position
