Key Responsibilities: Weekly Orientation: Conduct informative and engaging weekly orientation sessions for new employees, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of our company culture, policies, and procedures. Documentation and Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with all relevant HR laws and regulations. Reporting: Generate and maintain HR reports and metrics to track key performance indicators and provide insights for continuous improvement.
