Position Purpose: Join PACE in providing vital office support to enhance the care and services for our elderly participants. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a smooth operational flow by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. What You Will Do: Receive and direct visitors and telephone calls with professionalism and warmth. Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, file documents, and assist with data entry. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for staff and participants. Assist with maintaining participant identification cards and attendance records. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient office operations. Uphold safety, security, and infection control protocols in the workplace. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior office experience preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry systems. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer service focus.
