Pay Range: $71k - $89k, depending on experience
Essential Functions
- Promote a positive, inclusive, learning and supportive work environment.
- Onboard new team members and provide ongoing education on company policies, benefits, and our culture.
- Responds to any and all inquiries regarding policies, procedures, programs, and benefits, etc.
- Assist in development programs for local leadership.
- Partners with leadership to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards.
- Maintains current knowledge of industry trends and practices regarding employment law and environment health and safety.
- Provide additional support to our swing shift team members.
- Minimum of 4 hears Human Resources generalist experience preferably in a Manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferably
- Sense of urgency and drive· Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Bi-Lingual in a second language – preferably Spanish, Chinese, or Tagalog (Filipino)
