Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Representative at Miami Container Repair. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining customer records, dispatching containers to truck drivers and collaborating with other teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Experience in providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Speak conversational English and Spanish
• Ability to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of the intermodal industry and container repair is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant software and systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent
