Job Title : Resident Services Coordinator
Job Summary
The Resident Services Coordinator position will be responsible for linking the elderly residents, especially those who are frail or at-risk to the supportive services they need to continue living independently.
Service Coordination means the activity of linking a resident to needed supportive services or medical services which may be provided by agencies in the general community.
The Resident Services Coordinator assesses service needs determines eligibility for public services.

Education :
Bachelor of Social Work or Degree in Gerontology, Psychology or Counseling is preferable; a college degree is desirable.

Infectious Material Exposure :
