Our client, a very well established law firm in Modesto, is PARTNERING with STAFFING PARTNERS in search of an experienced Legal Secretary or Litigation Paralegal for immediate 6 to 8 week TEMPORARY OPPORTUNITY!

SALARY: $28.00 TO $31.00 / hr

BENEFITS: Medical available while temporary. (Should any full-time opportunities arise, our client offers: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, FSA Plan, Life Insurance

LOCATION: Modesto.

HOURS: Monday thru Friday, 8:am to 5:pm (OT as needed)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Civil litigation
• Calendaring
• Knowledge of court deadlines
• E-filing
• Discovery
• Pleadings
• Essential forms
• Phone etiquette
• Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel
• Client management software experience

PREFERRED:

• Vision calendaring software
• Word Perfect
