y; researching and analyzing sales options. * Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions based on a thorough understanding of the product and client needs. * Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. * Triage and qualify leads coming into the CRM platform that will be routed to the Directors of Business Development. * Pre – event outreach to attending prospects/clients to ensure a successful event. * Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. * Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule. * Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly analyses. * Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations. * Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. *KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES* * Proven inside sales experience, preferably in the ATM/Bank/Retail or related industry. * Strong phone presence and experience with dialing dozens of calls per day. * Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools. * Comfortable in a base salary commission environment * Experience working with CRM platforms. * Strong listening, communication and presentation skills. * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
