The Mike Morse Law Firm, Michigan's largest plaintiff personal injury firm, is growing and we are currently looking for a highly motivated and hard-working candidate to fill the position of Associate Attorney. The candidate should have 2-7 years’ experience. We’re looking for someone who shares our vision, passion, and dedication for helping our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manages docket of auto injury cases.
• Managing all aspects of litigation including depositions, legal research, writing and trials.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Provide outstanding customer service to our clients is essential.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed attorney in good standing in the State of Michigan.
• 2 years of experience in auto law.
• Strong negotiation, mediation, and sales abilities.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with insurance adjusters.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently while meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in legal research and case management software is a plus.
