Description

• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 environments.
• Monitor and ensure performance, availability, and security of Exchange and Office 365.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with Exchange and Office 365 systems.
• Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Manage relationships with Managed Service Providers, ensuring SLAs are met and services are high-quality.
