Job Details
We seek an Operations Business Analyst who will support the Banking Operations team in replacing the Lending Processing System with LoanIQ by participating in design, requirements gathering, systems integration, data migration, reporting, and testing. This individual will collaborate with key stakeholders across various departments to develop the target operating model and document associated business processes.

Description
- Gather and document detailed business requirements for LoanIQ configuration and integration, and facilitate requirements gathering for Operations reporting and Controls.
- Participate in the development of a data migration strategy for the Loan System upgrade project, formalizing data migration mapping, including data cleanup and enrichment.
- Engage in test case collection and testing for various ecosystem components, including migration, and support go-live and post-implementation activities.
- Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings to address program risks and issues, work closely with program teams to provide progress updates, and share best industry practices from past large system implementations.
THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN JERSEY CITY, NJ. CANDIDATES APPLYING MUST BE LOCAL TO THIS AREA.
Profile
- Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of relevant business and change management experience, with a proven track record in leading or participating in complex systems implementations within a multicultural global banking environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Lending Operations products and experience with LoanIQ deployment or enhancement projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders, coupled with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on SQL experience is considered a plus
