Job DescriptionAs an Accounting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and integrity of the organization. Your responsibilities will include:
Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Budget Management: Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage budgets, providing insights to optimize financial performance.
Audit Oversight: Coordinate and manage external audits, working closely with auditors to facilitate a smooth process.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations, working closely with external tax advisors.
