About Our ClientReporting to the VP of Finance, you will be responsible for running the day-to-day accounting function by handling the entire month-end close process with tons of cross-functional collaboration. In addition, you will also have the exposure to the finance side by assisting in the annual budget, cash flow projections, forecasting, and more. As the Accounting Supervisor, you will also have the ability to create and implement accounting & finance operational strategies to drive the business forward. Job DescriptionAccounting Supervisor Responsibilities:
Oversee the general ledger activities and ensure proper recording of transactions.
Coordinate and manage the month-end and year-end close processes, including account reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
Supervise and manage the AP and AR functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
Review and approve transactions and reconciliations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Reconcile AP and AR balances.
Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Assist in the development and maintenance of the annual budget and periodic forecasts.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to streamline accounting operations.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proven experience (4 years) in an accounting role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards
Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (QuickBooks, MS Excel)
Quantum ERP experience a plus
