About Our ClientMy client is a growing skincare brand.
Job DescriptionAccount Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's Amazon account, ensuring optimal product listings, pricing strategies, and inventory management.
Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and increase market share on Amazon, including promotional campaigns, advertising, and pricing strategies.
Product Listings: Optimize product listings to improve search visibility and conversion rates. This includes creating compelling product descriptions, high-quality images, and keyword-rich content.
Advertising and Promotions: Manage Amazon Advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads. Monitor and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI.
Inventory Management: Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure adequate stock levels, timely replenishment, and accurate forecasting to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, customer reviews, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
Customer Engagement: Maintain effective communication with Amazon vendor managers and vendor support services to ensure smooth operations, resolve issues, and enhance the partnership.
Consumer Experience: Monitor consumer feedback and reviews, addressing any issues promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Compliance: Ensure all listings comply with Amazon's policies and guidelines and stay updated on any changes in Amazon's platform and policies.
Retail Agency Management: Manage and coordinate with our retail agency partner to optimize Amazon strategy and execution.
Unauthorized Sellers: Work with external partners to track and take action on unauthorized third-party sellers and counterfeiters, ensuring brand integrity and protection on the platform.
Market Tracking: Utilize third-party vendors to track and analyze market share data, providing insights to inform strategic decisions and competitive positioning.

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills:
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Vendor Central preferred.
  • Proficiency in Amazon Advertising (PPC) and other promotional tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong Excel capabilities, Familiarity with e-commerce analytics tools and software (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.) is a plus.
